  1. One of the options you have is to tell your AT that you would like a positive therapy today (like a gratitude mandala, or anything else positive). In the book I am reading, Pema talked her about an experience she had with anxiety. Her teacher told her to lean into the energy without putting judgement on it (judgement = the energy is anxiety and ergo bad). Just throwing it out there, more for myself than anybody else really.
